The following documentation is required to sell bluefin tuna:

Boat registration number (documentation number). Information for Massachusetts residents.
Federal commercial HMS permit number. This may be obtained through NOAA.
Landing permit from the state in which you will be offloading the fish. Landing permits for Massachusetts residents.

Atlantic bluefin tuna fishing is regulated by NOAA to prevent overfishing and manage sustainability.
